A Collection of Music 2nd Edition 2023

This collection of over 120 pieces, many from ballets, has been selected by internationally renowned musicians and ballet teachers. It is now printed on slightly larger paper (9”x 12”) and has an extra index with music categorized by time signature. Initially chosen to musically enrich students’ training at the Cecchetti Advanced and Diploma levels, this collection offers excellent classroom music for all ages from Pre-Ballet to Professional levels. It presents a wide range of dynamics for both set work and free classes. Fun, rhythm, and color for young children, leading to technical challenge, artistry and the joy of dance. It has an exceptional selection of music for pirouettes, en diagonal and autour de la salle.
